The location of the hotel was excellent, as it was within walking distance of the train station along the canal. The breakfast was delicious and the staff provided excellent service. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.

We were pleasantly surprised by our recent stay at 12Th Lock Boutique. The location was convenient, being close to the train station for easy access to Dublin City center. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room, although small, was clean and the bed was comfortable. We also appreciated the variety of restaurants and bars within a short walk from the hotel. we had a comfortable and reasonably priced stay at 12Th Lock Boutique and would recommend it for anyone visiting the area.

The location was perfect, right near the train station and close to a restaurant in Blanchardstown. The room was very comfortable and clean, with a nice view of the surrounding area. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was excellent. I also enjoyed the walk along the nearby canal. It was a wonderful experience overall.
That there were some minor maintenance issues with the room, such as a loose step on the stairs.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were fantastic and really attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The location was lovely, right by the canal, which made for a peaceful and scenic setting. The rooms were comfortable and had some nice touches, like a Nespresso coffee machine in the bathroom sink. The prices were also very reasonable, especially considering the quality of service and amenities provided. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast at the restaurant, which included some fabulous traditional Irish fare. this hotel offered great value for money and I would highly recommend it.
